At Sleep to Live, we believe you don't just sleep. You sleep to live. So we've made it our mission to awaken people to all the many benefits of healthy, nourishing sleep.
Too many people are slogging through life, operating on a perpetual sleep deficit, hoping their bodies will adjust over time. But science tells us they don't. Our bodies rebel in the form of poor judgment, delayed reaction time and other impaired functions. We also can experience high blood pressure, mood disorders and strained relationships. That's no way to live.
Years of sleep research have shown us there is a formula for overcoming this sleep deficit: good sleep behaviors + proper sleep environment + the right sleep equipment = a better quality of sleep.
